We offer Free Shipping on every order.
Delivery Times
- Estimated delivery time is 8–14 business days.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days at our warehouse. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking updates.
Address Changes
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at letstalk@wondermindskids.com with the subject line “URGENT”.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address.
- If the order has already shipped, changes are unfortunately not possible.
We strongly encourage customers to double check their shipping details immediately after placing an order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address:
- We cannot offer refunds or reshipments.
- Please verify your shipping information carefully.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Wonder Minds Kids is no longer responsible for delays, damages, or issues during transit.
- We provide tracking details to monitor shipment progress.
- We assist with filing claims for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.
Lost or Stolen Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
- Check with neighbours, family members, or building staff.
- Contact the shipping carrier for delivery confirmation.
While Wonder Minds Kids cannot be held liable for orders marked as delivered, we are happy to assist by:
- Helping you file a claim with the carrier.
- Offering a discounted reorder option as a courtesy.
