At Wonder Minds Kids, your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. If you need to make any changes, please contact us at letstalk@wondermindskids.com as soon as possible.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
How to request a return:
- Email us at letstalk@wondermindskids.com
- Wait for return approval before sending the item
- Returns sent without approval may not be accepted
We do not charge restocking fees.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply place a new order and return the original item following our return process.
Delivered but Not Received
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Check with neighbours or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier for more details
While orders marked as delivered are considered fulfilled, we are happy to assist you in contacting the carrier and exploring possible solutions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
