How long does delivery take?
Shipping times usually takes 1–3 day processing + 8–14 day delivery. All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to over 40 countries worldwide.
Is tracking included?
Every order is sent with tracked shipping at no extra cost. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Most carriers will leave your parcel in a safe place if you're not home. You can also add delivery instructions at checkout.

What is your returns policy?
We offer 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging and parts included. Simply contact us at letstalk@wondermindskids.com to get started.
How do I start a return?
Email us at letstalk@wondermindskids.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 3–5 business days. The credit will appear back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Are return shipping costs covered?
If the item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, we'll cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

What are your support hours?
Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEST. We respond to all emails in the order they're received. Urgent queries about orders are prioritised.
I have a question about a specific product — can you help?
Absolutely. We know our products inside out. If you're unsure whether a toy is right for your child's age, developmental stage, or needs, email us before you buy — we'll give you an honest recommendation.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is not currently available, but all orders ship in clean, presentable packaging suitable for gifting. We can include a handwritten note at no extra charge — just add the details in your order notes at checkout.
How do I track my order?
