Processing & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Estimated delivery time: 8–14 business days.
- Tracking details are sent via email once your order is dispatched.
- Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking updates to appear.
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at letstalk@wondermindskids.com with the subject line "URGENT".
- If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to update your details.
- Once shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may not be eligible for refund or reshipment.
During Transit
Once your order has been dispatched, it is handled by the shipping carrier. While delays are rare, they can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control such as carrier disruptions or high seasonal demand.
Our team is always here to support you:

- Assisting with carrier investigations when needed
Delivered but Not Received
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbours or household members
- Contacting the shipping carrier for delivery confirmation
While orders marked as delivered are considered fulfilled by the carrier, we will always do our best to assist you in finding a solution.
- We can help initiate a carrier investigation
- In some cases, we may offer a discounted replacement as a goodwill gesture
